Management and Board of Directors
Direction
Comprising the President and Chief Executive Officer, four Vice Presidents and three Senior Directors, the executive committee oversees the management of the organization’s day-to-day activities.
The President and CEO is responsible for defining and implementing the strategic directions, objectives, and core values of the organization. The strategic direction focuses on maximizing value for partners (government levels) and key stakeholders (clients, employees, general public) as economic entities. They are accountable for the financial results of all the organization’s businesses and functions, including revenues and expenses, the balance sheet, as well as key customer value indicators. They report directly to the board of directors.
